Resilient You is an online self-study course that will transform your thoughts, habits and mindset.

The course modules are:

Module 1 : Hello and Welcome

This module will introduce you to the course and tell you everything you need to know to ensure you get long-lasting behaviour change.

Module 2: Understanding Stress and Resilience

This module will ensure that you know the link between stress and resilience. We will explore the key types of stress and give you practical tools to reduce your stress levels.

Module 3: Developing Physiological Resilience

In the third module we will introduce you to the resilience framework. We'll help you to identify the areas where you can build resilience in your body through applying resilience protection factors.

Module 4: Developing Psychological Resilience

This module will help you to measure your current levels of psychological resilience and set powerful actions to build resilience in your mind.

Module 5: Barriers to Resilience

This module will ensure that you understand the key barriers to resilience so that you can take action steps to remove obstacles to be the most resilient version of yourself.

Module 6: Creating Powerful Habits

The final module will equip you with the knowledge and skills to bring all your learning together to create powerful, resilience building habits

Is this a live course?

No, this is a self-paced online course that you complete in your own time. You can re-watch the modules as many times as you like.

How long will the course take me to complete?

The course will take you around 2.5-3 hours in total but it is broken up into bitesize modules so it doesn't have to be completed all at once.

What support materials will I receive?

You will receive the editable workbook which you will need throughout the course. 

You will also receive two guides to help you set actions to build your levels of resilience.

Finally, you will have access to the follow-up resources guide that contains Ted Talks, books, podcasts, apps and even films to continue your resilience building journey.

Do I need any special equipment to complete this course?

No, all you need is the ability to play videos and access the editable workbook.

Do I have to complete this course in a set amount of time?

No, you have unlimited access to this course. We do recommend that you complete the course within 6 weeks to get the maximum benefit from the activities.
