Ainsley Harris
Ainsley is passionate about helping people to improve their mental health and well-being through the practice of yoga and breathwork. She established her own yoga business so that she could focus her energies on her core values and achieve a better work life balance as a busy mum of three young boys. Her teaching methods help to combat stress and anxiety.
Her classes are centered around mindful movement, building strength and flexibility. The core breathing exercises enable you to calm the nervous system and embrace a more mindful state. You will feel inspired and relaxed after her teaching but most importantly you'll leave with a range of methods to help you stay focused and maintain a calm state in everyday life and stressful situations.

1) DiSC Personality Profiling
DiSC is a personality profiling tool and is the market leader in personality profiling. DiSC identifies communication preferences, motivators and stressors and helps you to understand why you behave like you do. When we fully understand our personality we can identify our strengths and also what could be holding us back from living our best possible lives. Feedback received from DiSC profiling is that it is eye-opening and empowering.
2) The Resilience Questionnaire
Resilience is an individual’s capacity to adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges, and change to achieve and sustain peak personal effectiveness.
