In this highly engaging and thought-provoking workshop we will use the DiSC profiling tool to help team members gain an in depth understanding of their individual behavioural style and preferences and how to use this knowledge to increase collaboration in the team.

Drawing on the work of Patrick Lencioni, the session will explore the potential areas of dysfunction within the team and create a solid plan to overcome any sources of conflict.
